Man With Serious Injuries After Leeds Bus Crash

Police want to speak to passengers on the 7A First Bus.

Police are appealing for witnesses – particularly passengers on the 7A First Bus – following a collision in Leeds city centre yesterday evening (Tuesday, 6 February).

The collision happened at around 7.30pm on North Street at the junction with Byron Street.

A double decker bus travelling in the direction of Leeds city centre was in collision with a 27-year old man.

The pedestrian suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision.

Officers from the Roads Policing Unit are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed this collision. In particular, they would like to speak to any passengers on the bus.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Eastern Area Roads Policing Unit on 101, quoting log 1603 of 06/02.
