Appeal After Pedestrian Injured in Bradford

Police are appealing after a pedestrian was seriously injured on in Bradford.

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision on Hamm Strasse, Bradford on the 7 November.

At around 11.17pm, officers were called to a report of a collision involving a white VW Polo and a pedestrian at the junction with Manningham Lane.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 40s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The vehicle stopped at the scene. The driver, a 34-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and remains in custody.

Officers in the Roads Policing Unit are appealing for anyone with information to contact police.

Anyone with dashcam footage of the incident or of the vehicle driving in the area prior to the collision is asked to contact officers.
