Bradford City manager Phil Parkinson says he'll use the emergency loan window to add to his midfield.

It opened to all league clubs on Friday last week but the Bantams are yet to bring anyone in.

City need cover in the middle of the park after Gary Liddle made a transfer deadline day move to Chesterfield.

Parkinson says he wants someone who is good enough to come straight into the team.

Parkinson told the club's wesbite: "Now the (emergency) loan window is open, we have to make sure we are strong in midfield for the remainder of the season.

"We have Evo (Lee Evans) back this week following suspension which is a bonus for us. We are striving for the best combination in that midfield area.

"We've been looking at players but it is a case of getting someone who is good enough to come straight in and stake a claim."

Bradford take on Peterborough on Saturday in League 1.

Exclusive full match commentary of the game will be on Pulse 1 (97.5/102.5 FM & DAB ) and Pulse 2 (1278/1530 AM & DAB) with the build-up starting at 2pm.
