Winger staying at Valley Parade until the end of the season.
Bradford City have confirmed that Alex Gillead has extended his loan deal until the end of the season.
The Newcastle United winger, 21, has been in impressive form this season.
He's made 29 appearances in all competitions - scoring in the Bantams 2-1 win at Fleetwood Town on New Year's Day.
City manager Stuart McCall told the club's official website: "I'm understandably delighted that we've managed to keep hold of Alex.
"He has kept improving as the season has gone on.
"We said back in the summer when we were trying to entice him back to the club that he would be given a good chance in the team, and he has certainly taken it.
"He has got stronger and stronger, and he is becoming an important part of our team."
