Edin Rahic & Stefan Rupp are expected to confirm their purchase of the club on Tuesday.
Bradford City are going to have new owners.
The club have confirmed they've been taken over by German investors - understood to be Edin Rahic and Stefan Rupp. It's reported than Rupp alone is worth £100 million.
As part of the deal co-chairman Julian Rhodes and Mark Lawn will leave their roles.
But it is not known whether Rahic and Rupp will invite them to stay at the Coral Windows Stadium in other roles.
Talks with the German-based investors have been on-going throughout the season and it is believed they were both at recent games.
The news broke on Sunday lunchtime with the club sending this tweet mid-afternoon:
