Bingley Trainer Hoping For More National Success

Last year's winning trainer Sue Smith speaks to us ahead of the big day tomorrow.

The Bingley woman, who trained last year's Grand National winner, says she's hoping for more success this year.

Sue Smith won with 66-1 shot Auroras Encoure in 2013 and has two other horse running tomorrow.

Mr Moonshine and Vintage Star are both heading to Aintree for the world's most famous National Hunt race.

Sadly Auroras Encoure has been retired after breaking a leg.

Mrs Smith, only the third woman to train a National winner, told us: "First and foremost, you want to run a very good race.

"But you also want your horses and your jockeys back safe and sound.

"So obviously you are looking for a bit of everything."
