At Leeds City College we provide a relaxed, supportive learning environment, and as we are now one of the largest and most influential colleges in the country, with over 40,000 students, we strive to be an inclusive place to study. Our aim is to pursue excellence in everything we do, providing high quality and diverse opportunities in a safe, friendly and supportive learning environment.
We offer a wide ranging curriculum, covering almost all subject areas, with academic and vocational qualifications from basic skills and apprenticeships to foundation degrees. Our courses are designed to suit the needs of everyone, from pre and post-16s to adult learners and employers.
The College holds National Skills Academy status for a number of key specialisms – Financial Services, Hospitality, Drink and Food Manufacture, Sport and Fitness, Retail, Sports Community Enterprise and most recently Creative and Cultural Skills.
Keighley Campus opened its doors to its first ever intake of students on Monday (Sept 6th) after two and a half years under construction. All courses from the former sites on Cavendish Street and Harold Town have relocated to this impressive new £35m five storey 13,000 sq m (140,000 sq ft) building right in the heart of town on Bradford Road, which boasts exciting new provisions and facilities for the local community as well as staff.
The Campus includes facilities like Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy salons, Childcare training rooms, and IT / Mac suites. We have a range of specialist facilities including industry standard workshops for Welding & Fabrication, Carpentry & Joinery, Motor Vehicle, Electrical Installation, Plumbing & Gas safety, and Construction & Brickwork.
The Keighley Campus is also home to the STAR Centre.

Open Night – 17th June
Visit Keighley Campus for our Open Night on Tuesday 17th June between 5pm – 7pm. The Open Night is perfect if you want to find out about all the courses offered at the Keighley Campus. You can tour the campus, speak to tutors and careers advisors and receive information and advice about courses, student finances, support and progression.
The campus is next to Keighley train station and opposite ASDA. FREE car parking is available during Open Nights:
